Key points of inorganic fiber spraying operation

1. Appearance quality inspection of raw materials
Before construction, the sprayed fiber cotton and adhesive shall be sampled for inspection. The fiber cotton shall be dry without caking, white without dirt, and the adhesive shall be free from layering, foaming, deterioration and discoloration;
2. Spraying base surface treatment
(1) . Spraying base surface treatment: use compressed air or clean water to clean the dust and dirt on the spraying base surface; Check whether the hanging parts and embedded parts are firm, and fasten the loose parts. If the original base surface has been damaged or has serious cracks, repair it first.
(2) The doors and windows, various equipment, pipelines and non spraying parts shall be shielded, and the spraying parts and ventilation pipeline through-hole shall be blocked.
(3) Clear the obstacles on the working face, ensure the smooth moving space and safety of the spraying hand, and maintain the spraying distance and spraying angle of *********.
3. Material preparation and commissioning
(1) Disperse the compressed fiber cotton, continuously fill the spraying cotton into the spraying machine, and keep sufficient fiber materials in the material box.
(2) The specially assigned person shall be responsible for diluting the original adhesive solution with clean water in a professional supporting container (a 200 liter plastic container equipped with a high-speed mixer) according to the instructions for spraying adhesive. The preparation proportion shall be strictly controlled, and the amount of water shall not be increased at will for dilution. The electric mixer shall be continuously started for uniform mixing. The mixing time shall not be less than 5 minutes. Each barrel shall be mixed one by one, and the adhesive solution shall be prepared whenever it is used to avoid freezing and failure of the adhesive solution.
4. Pre spraying primer on the base course surface: after the base course surface is cleaned, the prepared spraying adhesive can be used to pre spray the base surface with appropriate and uniform glue amount without flowing.
5. Fiber spraying
(1) For the commissioning of spraying equipment, the air pressure, glue pump pressure and feeding device of the spraying host shall be adjusted and inspected strictly in accordance with the equipment operating instructions, and the range of air pressure and the mixing speed of feeding shall be gradually adjusted through the sample test spraying, the measurement of glue flow and cotton output, until the fiber spraying state is stable and the requirements of the spraying process are met.
(2) Check and verify with the drawings, determine the fiber spraying parts, and mark and protect the non spraying parts.
(3) . The thickness ruler (gauge block) shall be placed in different zones, and then sprayed. The spraying angle shall meet the technical requirements, so as to obtain greater compaction force and minimum rebound. The spraying layer with spraying thickness less than 100mm can be sprayed at one time.
(4) Surface shaping of spraying layer: After the surface of spraying product is dried for about half an hour, according to different requirements of thermal insulation or sound absorption engineering, different shaping tools such as hair roller, aluminum roller, pressing plate or aluminum alloy ruler are used for surface shaping.
(5) Spray the adhesive surface coating on the reshaped product surface again to enhance the surface strength. If the design requires surface coloring, color paste can be sprayed after the completion of the surface coating.
(6) The construction site after spraying shall be cleaned in time, the rebound materials shall be removed from the site, and the spraying protection shall be removed.
